 Welcome to SpArc Atelier. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully, as it defines the expectations, limitations, and rights associated with our services. 

Our permanent jewelry pieces are custom-measured and welded directly onto the wearer, creating a personalized, final sale piece that cannot be removed without cutting. Custom-designed items, including engravings or gemstone selections, are also final sale. Ready-to-wear pieces, which are pre-made and non-welded, are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy. The same terms apply to services provided during special events or pop-up appearances unless otherwise noted. 

To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your final purchase. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to retain your deposit. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which we may shorten or reschedule your appointment. Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Group bookings require all attendees to arrive together at the scheduled start time. 

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, approved digital wallets, and SpArc Atelier-issued gift cards. Prices may change without notice, and quotes are valid for seven days unless otherwise stated. 

We use high-quality metals such as 14k gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver, and it is the customer's responsibility to confirm any metal allergies before service. Natural variations in gemstones, such as differences in color or clarity, are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects. We with make suggestions for fitting that we feel is best for the wearer's size and comfort and will only weld once agreed upon, by the customer. Once a permanent piece is welded, resizing or adjustments may require additional fees.

SpArc Atelier offers a 45-Day Welding Guarantee for permanent jewelry. If a weld point fails within 45 days due to our workmanship, we will re-weld it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, snagging, pulling, chemical exposure, or intentional removal. Repairs after the warranty period may incur service fees and possible material costs. As a convenience, permanent jewelry can be converted to a removable piece by adding a clasp for a fee.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry after it leaves our possession.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have no allergies to the materials used. We are not liable for skin reactions, discoloration, or injuries caused by wearing our jewelry. Individuals with certain medical conditions, including metal allergies, pacemakers, or skin sensitivities, should consult a medical professional before receiving permanent jewelry. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide SpArc Atelier  written consent, and minimum age requirements may vary by location.

All designs, branding, and content are the intellectual property of SpArc Atelier and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission. Collaborations, partnerships, or special events must be agreed to in writing, and private bookings may require a minimum spend or deposit.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
